For a customer in Brussels, we are seeking an experienced Transformation & Roadmap Manager to lead strategic transformation initiatives and oversee the development and execution of operational and business roadmaps across the organisation. This role will be responsible for driving change programmes, aligning stakeholders, managing cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring successful delivery against strategic objectives.
The successful candidate will combine strong programme management capabilities with operational and strategic expertise, helping to shape and implement business transformation across processes, systems, people, and operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage transformation roadmaps aligned with business strategy and operational objectives
- Lead cross-functional transformation programmes from planning through to execution and delivery
- Identify opportunities for process optimisation, operational efficiency, and organisational improvement
- Coordinate stakeholders across operations, supply chain, IT, finance, and senior leadership teams
- Define programme governance structures, milestones, KPIs, and reporting frameworks
- Manage project risks, dependencies, budgets, and resource planning
- Drive change management activities to support successful adoption of new processes and ways of working
- Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and executive stakeholder meetings
- Track programme performance and provide regular updates to leadership teams
- Support digital transformation, ERP implementation, operational excellence, or restructuring initiatives where required
Profile
- Proven experience leading business transformation or strategic programme initiatives
- Strong roadmap planning and programme management expertise
- Exposure to ERP, WMS, SAP, or digital transformation programmes
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously
- Experience with change management and organisational transformation
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches
- Strong reporting and presentation skills for senior leadership engagement
