Supply Chain Manager

Our client is an international industrial player operating in the manufacturing and distribution of technical solutions across European markets.

In a context of organizational evolution and operational performance reinforcement, the company is looking for a Supply Chain Manager to lead a strategic site based in Flanders, combining production and distribution activities.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all Supply Chain & Logistics activities (procurement coordination, planning, inventory, distribution).
• Manage the on-site logistics team and coordinate outsourced transport activities.
• Ensure smooth inbound and outbound material flows aligned with production and customer requirements.
• Drive the S&OP process and align workload and capacity with manufacturing operations.
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels and warehouse performance using ERP and WMS systems.
• Define and track KPIs and dashboards, participating in business performance reviews.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the structuring of processes and organization.

Profile Required

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Supply Chain within an industrial environment.
• Proven experience in operational team management.
• Strong leadership and assertiveness, with the ability to stabilize and structure an evolving organization.
• Dutch is mandatory; professional English and French is required
