Support Engineer


Workplace / IT Support Engineer – Belgium

Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior/Mid-Level Workplace Support Engineer to support end-user services and workplace operations within an enterprise environment. The role focuses on providing onsite and remote IT support, troubleshooting workplace technologies and ensuring a high level of user support across business teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide L1/L2 support for hardware, software and workplace-related issues
  • Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, laptops, mobile devices and workplace technologies
  • Manage incidents, requests and escalations through ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
  • Assist with device deployments, staging, migrations and user onboarding activities
  • Troubleshoot connectivity, printer and application-related issues
  • Support operational documentation and asset management activities
  • Work closely with infrastructure and support teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Requirements

  • 2–6 years of experience within IT Support, Workplace Support or Service Desk environments
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Windows environments
  • Exposure to ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Experience within enterprise environments is beneficial
  • Fluent English required, French and/or Dutch is a plus
