Workplace / IT Support Engineer – Belgium
Role Overview
We are looking for a Junior/Mid-Level Workplace Support Engineer to support end-user services and workplace operations within an enterprise environment. The role focuses on providing onsite and remote IT support, troubleshooting workplace technologies and ensuring a high level of user support across business teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2 support for hardware, software and workplace-related issues
- Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, laptops, mobile devices and workplace technologies
- Manage incidents, requests and escalations through ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
- Assist with device deployments, staging, migrations and user onboarding activities
- Troubleshoot connectivity, printer and application-related issues
- Support operational documentation and asset management activities
- Work closely with infrastructure and support teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience within IT Support, Workplace Support or Service Desk environments
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Windows environments
- Exposure to ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Experience within enterprise environments is beneficial
- Fluent English required, French and/or Dutch is a plus
