Job Opportunity – Customer Account Relations Officer (M/F/X)
About the Opportunity
Our client is looking for a Customer Account Relations Officer for a temporary assignment of approximately 6 months, as part of a maternity leave replacement until the end of the year.
You will join a team composed of one manager and three team members within the department responsible for customer account administration.
Your Responsibilities
As a Customer Account Relations Officer, your main tasks will include:
- Managing customer account openings and closures
- Handling administrative follow-up of client files
- Verifying and reviewing documentation
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with procedures and deadlines
Profile Required
Education
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Law or Business Management
Languages
- Italian: mandatory
- English: mandatory
- French: intermediate level accepted
Experience
- Junior profile or recent graduate welcome
Key Skills
- Mature, rigorous, and conscientious
- Strong communication skills
- Calm, composed, and organized personality
- Able to work accurately in an administrative environment
The main selection criteria for this role are academic background and language proficiency.
Conditions & Benefits
- Temporary contract until the end of the year (approximately 6 months)
- Start date: mid-June
- Gross salary below €3,000/month
- Joint Committee 310 conditions

- Hybrid working: 2 fixed remote-working days per week after an onboarding/training period of approximately 2 months (subject to manager approval)
