Job Description - Roles and Responsibilities
- Role as a liaison point between the teams of the different themes
- Ensuring communication between the departments and the theme managers
- Transmission of priorities and instructions
- Monitoring of the progress of tasks (management of requests for the creation of work orders, monitoring of statuses and blockages, monitoring of IT developments related to the mission, management of special cases and rejections)
- Responsibility for generating the backlog of points to be transferred to the service provider as part of the mass deployment
- Adaptation of the macro-planning in coordination with the Operations Supervisor, including the replanning of work orders if necessary
- Management and follow-up of complaints
- Contribution to the customer view of the macro-planning in collaboration with the Customer Experience teams, Local authorities, etc.
- Contribution to the technical follow-up and drafting of procedures
- Monitoring of dashboards, performance indicators and continuous improvement plan
