This opportunity is with a leading mid-market firm in Belgium, hiring an Audit Manager into a growing practice across the Flemish region. With openings across Zaventem, Antwerp, and Aalst, there's genuine flexibility on location depending on where you're based. You'll be joining a close-knit audit team with a strong reputation in the Belgian mid-market, working across a broad portfolio of international and top-end mid-market clients spanning manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, the public sector, and family-owned businesses (the kind of work that keeps audit interesting).

The role is varied, commercially interesting, and relationship-driven. You'll work directly alongside Partners, lead teams, and have real visibility across the business.

About you:

• Ideally Registered Auditor in Belgium/Professionally CA qualified
• Minimum of 5 years of external auditing experience
• Strong Dutch and English language skills - client-facing, written and spoken (C1 or above)
• Proven experience managing teams and client relationships
• Solid knowledge of Belgian audit standards and the local market
• Belgium-based, or well-versed in the Belgian regulatory environment
