About the Role

As Product & member communications specialist, you are responsible for translating amfori’s products, services and initiatives into clear, relevant and engaging content and communications for our members and internal stakeholders. Your work supports product understanding, drives adoption, and ensures consistent, segmented messaging across touchpoints.

You work at the intersection of product, sustainability expertise and marketing, turning complex information into practical, audience‑focused communications that help members make informed decisions and stay engaged.

Responsibilities

1. Product and member communications

  • Create clear, compelling and segmented content and communications that strengthen understanding, engagement and adoption.
  • Draft, edit and adapt content for different member segments, use cases and maturity levels.
  • Work closely with subject‑matter experts to ensure accuracy, clarity and relevance of all messaging.
  • Coordinate closely with the Content marketing expert to align product and member communications with the central content calendar.
  • Define and track KPIs related to product and member communications. Continuously optimise messaging, formats and delivery based on engagement data, feedback and insights.

2. Product launch and update communications

  • Develop and execute communication activities to support product launches, updates and changes.
  • Coordinate with product managers and other stakeholders to gather inputs and align timing, channels and key messages.
  • Prepare launch materials and support content for both internal and external audiences.
  • Develop audience-focused content assets such as newsletters, web copy, email copy, toolkits, FAQs and enablement materials.
  • Track the effectiveness of launch communications and embed learnings into future roll‑outs.

3. Brand, tone of voice and segmentation alignment

  • Ensure that all product and member communications align with amfori’s brand guidelines, tone of voice and segmentation principles.
  • Review and improve operational marketing and communication materials for consistency and clarity.
  • Support product and sustainability experts in applying brand and messaging recommendations correctly.

4. Internal communications support

  • Contribute to and execute internal communication activities that support alignment, information sharing and employee engagement.
  • Gather inputs from across departments and translate them into clear, consistent internal messages.
  • Support two‑way dialogue by collecting feedback and insights to improve internal communications.

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum three years’ experience in communications, product marketing or a similar role.
  • Excellent command of English (C2); additional languages are an asset.
  • Strong writing and editorial skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a cross‑functional environment.
  • Comfortable working with communication performance data and translating insights into improvements.
