Medior Regulatory Reporting Business Analyst


For one of our clients active in the asset management industry , we are looking for an experienced Medior Regulatory Reporting Business Analyst to join a strategic regulatory reporting transformation program within an international environment based in Brussels .

Your Role:

As a Regulatory Reporting Business Analyst , you will play a key role in the implementation, testing and production of regulatory reporting solutions, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of reports in line with regulatory and business requirements.

You will act as a bridge between Operations, Reporting, IT, Risk and Compliance teams to support the evolution and harmonization of reporting processes and tools.

Main Responsibilities:

• Review and assess regulatory reporting requirements imposed by relevant authorities

• Identify gaps, customization needs and required developments based on the current platform

• Document integration requirements and propose process improvement initiatives

• Perform testing, migration and parallel run activities during reporting transitions

• Support the implementation of harmonized processes and automation tools

• Oversee the creation and timely delivery of regulatory reports

• Ensure quality, consistency and compliance with internal governance standards

• Collaborate closely with Reporting, Operations, IT, Risk and Compliance stakeholders

• Support the transition from project phase to BAU activities

• Contribute throughout the full project lifecycle as a Business Analyst and Tester

Required Skills & Experience:

2 to 5 years of experience in Regulatory Reporting , Business Analysis or Reporting environments

• Experience within an Asset Management environment is mandatory

• Strong experience in Business Analysis and testing activities

• Good understanding of regulatory frameworks such as CCI, PRIIPS KID, Solvency, AIFMD, SFDR or similar

• Experience working with Operations, IT and Reporting teams

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Ability to work autonomously in an international and fast-paced environment

• Positive mindset, proactive attitude and change management capabilities

Profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, IT or equivalent experience

• Structured, solution-oriented and detail-oriented mindset

• Comfortable working in both operational and project-driven environments

• Fluent in French and English (mandatory)

• Experience in financial services or asset management projects is considered a strong plus
