Job content
- Manage and optimize existing key retail accounts (off-trade).
- Execute joint business planning and follow up on national strategies (listings, shelf, distribution).
- Analyze key business drivers and identify commercial growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders within client organizations, often French-speaking.
- Work closely with internal teams and an assistant to support operational execution.
- Take ownership of strategic account management and drive growth across key accounts.
Profile
- 6+ years of experience in FMCG or retail key account management
- Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in Dutch and French (French required for daily communication).
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Comfortable working in a high-responsibility, impact-driven role.
- Experience working in cross-functional and complex international environments.
