Job content

  • Manage and optimize existing key retail accounts (off-trade).
  • Execute joint business planning and follow up on national strategies (listings, shelf, distribution).
  • Analyze key business drivers and identify commercial growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders within client organizations, often French-speaking.
  • Work closely with internal teams and an assistant to support operational execution.
  • Take ownership of strategic account management and drive growth across key accounts.

Profile

  • 6+ years of experience in FMCG or retail key account management
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in Dutch and French (French required for daily communication).
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Comfortable working in a high-responsibility, impact-driven role.
  • Experience working in cross-functional and complex international environments.
