Functional Analyst HR – Freelance – Brussels / Hybrid

Your role

You will join the ICT HR Connector team and contribute to building a modern HR application landscape.

You play a key role in analyzing, defining, and delivering integrations between various HR systems.

Your responsibilities:

• Analyze business needs and translate them into functional requirements & user stories
• Perform functional and impact analysis
• Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and stakeholders
• Follow up implementations and perform testing & validation
• Contribute to system integrations (HR Connector)
• Support daily operations, including ticket handling

Your profile

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience as a Functional Analyst
• Experience with HR applications / payroll / HR tech
• Strong analytical mindset and hands-on approach
• Technical affinity (integrations, APIs, data flows…)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Proactive, result-driven, and able to perform under pressure

Nice to have:

• Experience with integration platforms or cloud environments (AWS is a plus)
• Experience in complex or regulated environments

Languages

• Dutch: fluent
• French: good working knowledge
• English: professional level

Practical details

• Location: Brussels + hybrid (3–4 days remote)
• Start date: ASAP
• Duration: until end of 2026 (extension possible)
• Contract: freelance, full-time
