h2Role /h2 ul liAs an IT System Engineer, you are responsible for the reliability, security and continuous evolution of the IT infrastructure. /li liYou work proactively and structurally, focusing on improvement and prevention rather than firefighting. /li /ul br/ Your responsibilities include:br/ ul liManaging and optimizing the Windows Server environment /li liPatch management and vulnerability management (e.g. Tanium, Qualys) /li liActive involvement in IT security and compliance /li li2nd and 3rd line support for end users /li liIncident analysis through root cause analysis and implementation of structural solutions /li liParticipation in IT projects (infrastructure, security, international roll-outs) /li /ul This role is not about “putting out fires”, but about building, standardizing and professionalizing the IT landscape.br/ br/ Team collaborationbr/ br/ You will be part of a small IT team (±3 people), which means:br/ ul lishort communication lines, /li lidirect visibility of your impact, /li lia high level of autonomy and trust. /li /ul You will also collaborate with internal stakeholders and international colleagues across Europe.br/ br/ h2Profil /h2 ul liMust-have ul li4-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure or system engineering /li liStrong knowledge of Windows Server /li liExperience with patching and vulnerability management /li liAnalytical mindset with a focus on root cause analysis /li liStructured, process-oriented way of working, including documentation /li liHands-on mindset combining support and infrastructure /li /ul /li liLanguages ul liDutch or French as main working language /li liGood command of the second national language /li liEnglish is required for international collaboration /li /ul /li liNice-to-have ul liKnowledge of Firewalls and networking concepts /li liExperience with Azure / Entra ID / cloud environments /li liKnowledge of Power BI or SQL /li liExperience with Intune or CRM environments /li liBackground in an industrial or production environment /li liExperience in international projects /li /ul /li /ul br/ h2Offer /h2 ul liCompetitive salary package aligned with market standards and experience /li liCompany car with fuel or charging card /li liMeal vouchers and eco vouchers /li liHospitalization and group insurance /li li32 days of leave /li liLaptop and smartphone /li liNET expense allowance /li /ul br/ h2Work environment flexibility /h2 ul liMain location: Huizingen /li li1 day per week in Perwez /li liHybrid working: 1 day from home, evolving towards 2 days /li liOccasional international collaboration or travel within Europe /li /ul
