Full Stack AI Engineer / AI Product Engineer

West Flanders | Full-Time - 2 days a week-on site

We’re hiring the first AI-focused engineering hire for one of the fastest-growing organisations in West Flanders.

This is a hands-on product engineering role for someone who wants to build real AI-enabled software, not experimental side projects or gimmicky demos.

• We’re looking for engineers who are excited about AI, but still believe great software engineering fundamentals matter.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building full-stack applications across frontend, backend and APIs
• Designing scalable and maintainable systems
• Working with modern LLM providers including OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic and Gemini
• Writing and improving production prompts used in live products
• Using AI tooling to accelerate development responsibly
• Exploring emerging standards like MCP, A2A and AI skills
• Collaborating closely with product and leadership teams to shape the future roadmap
