For our client, a leading and fast-growing international company located in Willebroek, we are looking for a Group Controller to support its next phase of growth and professionalization. Group Controller As Group Controller, you will act as the right hand to the CFO, taking the lead in setting up future-proof, efficient, and transparent group reporting. You connect accounting and controlling, and take ownership of optimizing processes, data analysis, and systems to support strategic decision-making. Perform in-depth performance management analysis by integrating data analytics with business insights at Group level. (Translate data and business insights into meaningful management reporting with clear recommendations. Drive automation in reporting and processes using tools like Power BI, ERP systems, Bright Analytics and Excel. Contribute to integration efforts following acquisitions. Ensure Finance is equipped to support the company’s growth trajectory. You hold a Master’s degree, preferably in Economics, Finance, Business Engineering, or a related field. You have 10+ years of relevant experience in controlling or financial analysis, ideally at HQ-level. You think broadly and strategically, with an organization-wide perspective on processes and financials. You have a strong sense of structure, optimization, and automation, and are fluent with Power BI, Excel, Bright Analytics and ERP-based reporting. You are fluent in Dutch and English.
