We are currently supporting an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven Sales Specialist to join a growing organisation within the clinical diagnostics and life sciences sector.
This field-based role will focus on managing and developing customer relationships across hospital laboratories and private clinical laboratories throughout Flanders.

Key responsibilities include:
Managing and growing an existing customer portfolio
Developing new business opportunities within clinical diagnostics and laboratory environments
Advising customers on innovative diagnostic and medtech solutions
Managing sales projects, quotations, and public tenders
Collaborating closely with application specialists and product managers
Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
Maintaining CRM updates and sales forecasting
We are looking for:
Scientific background (Life Sciences, Clinical Biology, Biomedical Sciences or similar)
Experience within clinical diagnostics, medtech, or life sciences sales
Strong commercial mindset and relationship-building skills
Experience working with hospital or clinical laboratory customers
Native Dutch and good English skills (French is advantageous)
Entrepreneurial, proactive, and results-oriented approach
