We are currently supporting an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven Sales Specialist to join a growing organisation within the clinical diagnostics and life sciences sector.
This field-based role will focus on managing and developing customer relationships across hospital laboratories and private clinical laboratories throughout Flanders.

Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and growing an existing customer portfolio
- Developing new business opportunities within clinical diagnostics and laboratory environments
- Advising customers on innovative diagnostic and medtech solutions
- Managing sales projects, quotations, and public tenders
- Collaborating closely with application specialists and product managers
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
- Maintaining CRM updates and sales forecasting
We are looking for:
- Scientific background (Life Sciences, Clinical Biology, Biomedical Sciences or similar)
- Experience within clinical diagnostics, medtech, or life sciences sales
- Strong commercial mindset and relationship-building skills
- Experience working with hospital or clinical laboratory customers
- Native Dutch and good English skills (French is advantageous)
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and results-oriented approach
