I am currently recruiting on behalf of a leading IT consultancy that is delivering several high-impact digital transformation projects across Belgium.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with client requirements
Configure and customise ServiceNow modules ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and HRSD
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
Support integrations with third-party systems and APIs
Drive best practices in ServiceNow development, governance, and architecture
Participate in workshops, sprint planning, testing, and deployment activities

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience working as a ServiceNow Consultant
C1 in French OR Dutch
Strong hands-on expertise in ITOM, CSM and HRSD (other modules may be advantageous)
Strong communication skills and ability to work in client-facing environments
Must reside in Belgium
