Key responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for entering orders in the system
  • You will act as a point of contact for customers
  • You will work closely together with internal colleagues across departments
  • You will communicate with stakeholders via email and phone
  • You will gradually expand your responsibilities by handling complaints, credits & rebills, returns

Who we are looking for

  • You speak French very fluently and a strong command of English and Spanish
  • Previous experience in a Customer Service Representative role is required
  • You are motivated , eager to learn, and maintain a positive, customer-oriented mindset
  • You feel comfortable communicating by phone and building relationships
  • You possess strong numerical and analytical skills
  • You can quickly switch between tasks
  • You will engage with customers in a meaningful way, going beyond standard call handling
