Key responsibilities
- You will be responsible for entering orders in the system
- You will act as a point of contact for customers
- You will work closely together with internal colleagues across departments
- You will communicate with stakeholders via email and phone
- You will gradually expand your responsibilities by handling complaints, credits & rebills, returns
Who we are looking for
- You speak French very fluently and a strong command of English and Spanish
- Previous experience in a Customer Service Representative role is required
- You are motivated , eager to learn, and maintain a positive, customer-oriented mindset
- You feel comfortable communicating by phone and building relationships
- You possess strong numerical and analytical skills
- You can quickly switch between tasks
- You will engage with customers in a meaningful way, going beyond standard call handling
