Role overview

As Warehouse Manager, you lead and oversee all warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient and compliant handling of freight (import, export and transit) while meeting strict operational deadlines.

You play a key role in driving operational excellence, ensuring safety compliance and delivering a high level of service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a large operational team (80+ employees )
• Ensure safe, compliant and efficient warehouse operations
• Oversee goods control, damage reporting and weight checks
• Drive adherence to safety, quality and operational procedures
• Manage workforce planning and optimize shift organization
• Support operations on the floor when required
• Ensure strict compliance with customer requirements and service standards
• Monitor and drive performance through KPIs
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and operational projects
• Handle customer requests, complaints and service follow-up
• Act as a key interface between warehouse and office teams
• Support team development, onboarding and performance evaluations

Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Minimum 10 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English
• Valid driving license (B)
• Belgian residence required
