Our client Our client is an international industrial group with HQ in Belgium and has more than 3.000 employees. Our client is a leading international industrial group headquartered in Belgium, employing more than 3,000 professionals globally. As part of a major digital transformation initiative, they are rolling out Microsoft Business Central across multiple entities and are looking for a Finance & ERP Business Partner to help drive this strategic implementation. This role is ideal for finance professionals who combine strong business acumen with a passion for IT, ERP systems, and process optimization. You will play a key role at the intersection of finance, operations, and technology, helping shape how financial and business processes are standardized and integrated across the organization. Translate business requirements into ERP functionality and configure the ERP within your functional business domain Ensure cross-functional domain integration and define cross functional data topics Act as an internal consultant for assigned functional areas and guide, coach, and train stakeholders Optimize business processes and identify opportunity for further alignment between entities Assist in creating training materials and leading training sessions Support the integration and implementation of processes Define master data requirements and promote standard ERP setup Good knowledge of Microsoft Business Central Excellent understanding of business processes and functional requirements Experience in translating business requirements into ERP solutions Fluent in French or Dutch, with a good command of the other 2 days of homeworking per week ~
