Mission
As an End-User Support Specialist, you ensure a seamless and reliable IT experience by providing efficient, solution-oriented support across devices, applications, and systems. You act as a trusted point of contact for users, resolving technical issues, supporting onboarding and offboarding, and contributing to a stable, secure, and well-functioning IT environment, enabling colleagues to work effectively within a collaborative digital workplace.
Responsibilities
End-User Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide day-to-day IT support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues on Windows and macOS devices
- Support users with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
- Escalate complex issues when required
Device & Endpoint Management
- Assist with device setup, configuration, and troubleshooting using Microsoft Intune
- Support device enrollment, compliance checks, and basic policy troubleshooting
- Install, update, and maintain standard applications
Microsoft 365 Administration (Basic)
- Support user accounts in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Assist with mailbox, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint access issues
- Help manage shared mailboxes, distribution lists, and basic permissions
Onboarding & Offboarding
- Prepare IT equipment for new starters (laptops, accounts, access)
- Support onboarding tasks such as account creation, device provisioning, and initial setup
- Assist with offboarding processes, including access removal and device recovery
- Ensure processes follow company policies and security requirements
macOS Support
- Provide basic support for macOS devices
- Assist with software installation, updates, and user troubleshooting on MacBooks
- Support users with integrations between macOS and Microsoft 365 tools
Networking (Basic)
- Perform basic network troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, VPN, LAN connectivity)
- Assist users with connectivity issues and escalate network problems when needed
- Understand basic networking concepts (IP, DNS, VLANs, firewalls – at a high level)

Profile
- Basic experience in IT support or a similar role
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Intune and endpoint management concepts
- Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments
- Understanding of onboarding and offboarding processes
- Basic networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication skills and a user-focused mindset
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow)
- Exposure to Azure / Entra ID administration
- Experience supporting both corporate and creative users
- Fluent in English; French and Spanish languages are considered an asset
