Dynamics 365 CE Consultant


We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement professional to join a forward-thinking team and help drive impactful CRM solutions that enhance customer experience and business performance.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting D365 CE solutions , ensuring seamless delivery of CRM capabilities across sales, marketing, and customer service functions. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable, efficient solutions.

Key responsibilities:

  • Configuration and customisation of Dynamics 365 CE
  • Development and support of CRM workflows, plugins, and integrations
  • Enhancing sales, marketing, and customer service processes
  • Troubleshooting and system optimisation
  • Collaboration with business and technical teams

What we’re looking for:

  • Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement / CRM
  • Strong understanding of CRM processes (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing)
  • Experience with Power Platform is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
