Analysis and Documentation of Business requirements. • Business model analysis. • Business process analysis. • Business processes modelling • Functional requirements and business cases analysis. • Risk analysis. • Assistance in Business cases, Vision documents, Project Charters and Security Plans. • Translating the business requirements to a business case, describing As Is vs To Be and providing a Fit-Gap analysis • Documenting clear functional specifications for the development team • Creation of User Stories for the development team • Testing and validation of the proposed solutions and it’s functionalities • Providing knowledge sharing and expertise towards the internal team of consultants • Assist and ensure Quality Assurance in the product management • Drafting Test plans and test scenarios linked to business requirements Good knowledge of large organisation administrative business processes. • Hands-on experience as a Business Analyst • Proven experience with modelling techniques such as BPMN 2.0 specification, UML • Extensive knowledge and practical experience of analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model etc.) • Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g. Strong capacity in preparing and writing business analysis • Capability to speak to business and technical audiences • Capability of working in an international/ multicultural environment •
