Today, we're looking for an experienced Management Review Lead to drive a major transformation of the GMP/GDP Management Review process within a leading pharmaceutical organisation in the Brabant wallon area.

This is not a maintenance role — it's a transformation mandate. You'll reshape how quality governance works, moving it from a retrospective compliance exercise to a forward-looking, insight-driven decision-making mechanism at enterprise level.

Your Responsibilities

• Review and critically assess current GMP/GDP Management Review practices — identifying gaps, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
• Conduct benchmarking and best-practice analysis across the pharmaceutical industry to inform the future governance model
• Translate complex QMS performance data into clear insights, actionable recommendations and early warning signals for senior stakeholders
• Design and propose new frameworks, governance models and Management Review structures fit for a proactive, patient-safety-oriented organisation
• Engage and align a broad network of internal stakeholders — across sites, functions and leadership levels
• Support on-the-ground implementation, ensuring feasibility at site and operational level
• Contribute to workshops, governance forums and broader Quality Transformation workstreams
• Lay the groundwork for expanding the Management Review scope beyond GMP/GDP — towards Clinical, R&D, Development and Pharmacovigilance.

Your Profile

• You have 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical Quality Management Systems
• Deep knowledge of GMP/GDP and Management Review processes — you know what good looks like and what it takes to get there
• You demonstrate ability to bridge strategy and operations — you're equally comfortable in a governance forum and on the shop floor
• With a strong analytical mindset — able to interpret trends, read performance data and turn complexity into clarity
• You have excellent stakeholder communication and influencing skills — this role requires credibility at all levels of the organisation
• You work fully autonomously — no training capacity is available; you must be operational from day one
• You are fluent in English — all strategic documentation and cross-site interactions are conducted in English
• Familiarity with data visualisation tools (Qlik, Power BI) at a conceptual level is a plus.
