Role : Business Development Manager

Role: We are seeking a dynamic hunter who will be accountable for new business development with net-new customers across the following industry sectors in Belgium:

  • Energy & Resources
  • Manufacturing
  • BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance)
  • Utilities
  • Consumer Business

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT consulting and services , with proven ability to identify, qualify, scope, supervise, and close deals .

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development through direct sales for customers in Belgium.
  • Build and nurture strong customer relationships , gaining deep insight into their products and long-term strategies.
  • Support the development and execution of sales strategies .
  • Promote value-added services and solutions aligned with company offerings.
  • Capture and create integrated opportunities with end-to-end solution delivery requirements.
  • Represent the company at conferences, seminars, and industry events , showcasing thought leadership and connecting with key customers.
  • Work effectively in an onsite-offshore delivery model (experience preferred).
  • Be flexible to travel as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant business development experience in multinational companies within the above industry sectors.
  • Fluent in English AND French or Dutch (speaking, writing, and reading).
  • Strong network of contacts in the relevant industries (highly advantageous).
  • Basic IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • A go-getter and problem solver with a high sense of integrity and sincerity, and ability to work in an international environment .
