We are seeking an experienced SailPoint Architect with strong expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM), SailPoint solutions, and Microsoft IAM technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecture, design, implementation, governance, and operational excellence across IAM projects while leading teams and ensuring successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities Design and implement SailPoint IAM solutions and process improvements. Create high-level architecture and design documents. Support implementation activities and ensure adherence to best practices. Monitor operational efficiency and service effectiveness using internal and external benchmarks. Lead and manage IAM project deliverables and timelines. Perform code reviews based on approved design standards. Review and validate: Test Cases Test Results Deployment Readiness Support: QA Deployments PIE Deployments Production Deployments Troubleshoot and resolve implementation and deployment issues. Coordinate with EC Managers and stakeholders to resolve concerns and escalations. Mentor team members and support performance appraisal activities. Ensure governance, compliance, and security standards are maintained across IAM environments. Required Skills ~8–10 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM). ~ Strong hands-on experience with: ~ SailPoint ~ Microsoft IAM ~ Expertise in: ~ IAM Architecture ~ SailPoint Implementations ~ Access Governance ~ Identity Lifecycle Management ~ Role Management ~ Authentication & Authorization ~ Experience in: ~ Project Management ~ Team Leadership ~ Process Improvement ~ Code Review ~ Deployment Support ~ Strong knowledge of: ~ QA & Production Deployment Processes ~ Test Validation ~ Operational Monitoring ~ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Competencies SailPoint Microsoft IAM Preferred Skills Experience in enterprise IAM transformation programs. Knowledge of security compliance and governance frameworks. Exposure to cloud IAM environments and modern identity security solutions.
