AI & Automation Intern

At Mavie Recruitment, we are building a modern recruitment company.

We are looking for an intern who wants more than a “traditional internship”. Someone curious, proactive, and excited to contribute to a growing company by improving the way we work internally.

This internship is ideal for a student who wants hands-on exposure to business operations, automation, AI, and entrepreneurship — while working closely with the Managing Partner on real operational and strategic challenges.

What will you work on?

You will support the Managing Partner in improving and optimizing internal workflows, systems, and operational processes. The focus is not on repetitive administrative work, but on helping structure, streamline, and improve the company as we continue to grow.

Examples of projects include:

• Automating internal workflows and repetitive tasks
• Improving reporting and operational dashboards
• Connecting and optimizing tools such as LinkedIn, CRM systems, Notion, Excel, AI tools, and automation platforms
• Building small internal tools, scripts, or integrations
• Supporting process optimization using AI and automation
• Helping structure and improve internal AI workflows and environments
• Exploring opportunities around data analysis and operational insights
• Helping organize internal knowledge, workflows, and documentation

You will work on concrete business cases where your work will directly contribute to improving efficiency and helping the company scale in a structured way.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, thinking critically, and taking initiative.

You are:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business Engineering, Computer Science, Data, Economics, Management, or a related field
• Interested in AI, automation, operational efficiency, or business optimization
• Analytical, curious, and solution-oriented
• Comfortable working independently and proactively
• Interested in startups, entrepreneurship, and fast-moving environments
• Motivated to learn and contribute in a meaningful way

Experience with tools such as Python, SQL, APIs, Power BI, automation tools, Excel, Notion, or AI platforms is a plus — but motivation, ownership, and curiosity are more important than mastering every technology already.
