Our client is an investment fund active across the Benelux and France. They invest in ambitious, change-oriented companies and actively support them on high-impact strategic initiatives to accelerate growth and maximize value creation. They offer a demanding, entrepreneurial environment focused on sustainable performance and long-term value. Today we are supporting them in the recruitment of a Financial Reporting Analyst.

The Role

You operate at the core of the fund’s financial and investor ecosystem, at the crossroads of operations, governance and value creation. Working closely with the CFO, you contribute to key financial processes, investor interactions and the overall performance of a dynamic, entrepreneurial investment platform. This position combines:

• Exposure to investors and fund governance
• Analytical rigor and financial precision

Your Responsibilities

Finance & Accounting

• Support day-to-day accounting activities across fund entities
• Assist in quarterly reporting and liaise with external accountants
• Track investor cash movements and support capital calls & distributions

Fund & Investor Operations

• Coordinate investor onboarding
• Maintain investor records and governance documentation
• Support preparation of investor reports and LPAC materials

Compliance & Administration

• Maintain compliance registers and filing calendars
• Support regulatory documentation
• Ensure documentation accuracy and audit readiness
• Coordinate suppliers and administrative workflows

Your Profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and business acumen
• 3-6 years of experience in audit, accounting, controlling or financial analysis
• Comfortable interacting with investors and external stakeholders
• Structured, proactive and able to operate independently
• High level of rigor and attention to detail - strong in Excel
• Fluent (native level) in English (French or Dutch is a plus)
