Are you a senior business leader with a proven track record of driving growth across the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector?
We’re working with a global IT and digital transformation consultancy seeking a Client Partner to lead and grow some of its key strategic BFSI accounts across Belgium and the wider Benelux region.
This high-impact role combines strategic account ownership, business development, and client advisory , helping major financial institutions accelerate their digital transformation journeys.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic management and growth of multiple BFSI client relationships across Belgium and the Benelux region.
- Act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, identifying opportunities and ensuring delivery excellence.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and client satisfaction across a defined portfolio of strategic accounts.
- Collaborate with delivery, pre-sales, and domain consulting teams to shape tailored technology and digital transformation solutions.
- Own account planning, governance, and client engagement frameworks to strengthen long-term partnerships.
Ideal Profile
- 12+ years of experience in IT services / consulting sales , including 5+ years in a client partner or account director capacity .
- Strong knowledge of the BFSI domain , with insight into emerging digital and data trends.
- Demonstrated success in account growth, deal pursuits, and C-suite stakeholder management .
- Experience managing global delivery models and multi-country client engagements.
- Based in Belgium , with flexibility to travel across the Benelux region .
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a commercial and consultative mindset.
