Business Analyst

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join a dynamic environment focused on shaping and evolving digital investment solutions. Role Overview

As a Business Analyst, you act as a key link between business and IT, translating needs into clear and actionable requirements while supporting the delivery of high-value digital solutions.

You will work in an agile squad dedicated to portfolio management systems, contributing to the digital transformation of investment services for advisory and discretionary portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and translate business needs into clear functional requirements
• Identify opportunities for process and product improvement
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business, IT, UX, and architecture
• Support product concepts, OKRs, and value-driven initiatives
• Contribute to business case development and solution prioritization
• Document requirements and define acceptance criteria
• Participate in agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, reviews)
• Ensure delivered solutions match agreed scope and expectations
• Support value realization and stakeholder alignment

Profile Requirements

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst

Technical Skills

• Requirements management expertise
• Experience with conceptual modelling techniques
• Good understanding of IT systems and testing
• Proficiency in MS Office

Business Knowledge

• Solid understanding of workflow and business processes

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Customer-focused mindset
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
