As an IAM Consultant, you will play a key role in optimizing IAM controls, processes, and procedures while improving the overall client experience. You’ll work as a link between business teams, Digital Identity teams, and IAM stakeholders.
What You’ll Do:
- Analyse and optimize operational IAM processes.
- Translate IAM control improvements into actionable plans.
- Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and Digital Identity teams.
- Coordinate projects from requirements gathering through execution.
- Monitor implementation progress and stakeholder alignment.
- Support continuous improvement of IAM governance and control frameworks.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in IAM, security governance, or risk/compliance.
- Strong experience with IAM controls, KPIs & IAM processes
- Experience with ISMS, ISO 27001 and DORA.
- Knowledge and experience with BPMN Process Modelling
- English + French + Dutch speaking
