User Support Specialist


Level: 2 (2-3 years of experience)

Location: Brussels

Service model: On site (3 days per week)

Main responsibilities:

• Provide daily user support and assistance to internal teams;

• Support project teams, including developers and business analysts, with operational and coordination tasks;

• Follow up on user requests, incidents, and general support activities;

• Assist with documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication;

• Contribute to the smooth delivery of ongoing IT and business projects;

• Help maintain a high level of service quality and user satisfaction in an international environment.

Profile requirements:

• University degree in a relevant field;

• Strong communication skills and service-oriented mindset;

• Fluency in English and French;

• Previous experience in service desk, help desk, user support, administration, project support, or similar roles is considered an asset;

• Ability to work in a multicultural and international environment;

• Organized, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.
