Managing Director

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer for the European network, the Branch Director is the cornerstone of the services provided to our customers, providing assurance of the quality of the services offered.

Together with their staff members, the Branch Director must obtain leads and pursue new sales prospects, representing the company at conferences, seminars, and the like. They must ensure that the branch meets and surpasses business expectations. Thanks to their entrepreneurial spirit, the Branch Director will contribute to the growth of AGS in Belgium, and the AGS Group as a whole.

Ultimately responsible for managing a profit centre, you must ensure that human resources are effectively managed and utilised. You will be expected to prepare, manage, and report on the branch budget, expenditure and cashflow, ensuring compliance with the Group’s requirements in relation to accounting records and reports, as well as managing the recovery of debtors and creditors liabilities.

The Branch Director must ensure that the services provided are to the highest quality standards, strictly adhering to FAIM standards and principles, improving compliance, and applying corrective actions.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

5 years’ experience in a similar senior management role, preferably in the International Mobility industry. Fluency in English is essential. An internationally recognised qualification in management would be an advantage but not strictly required.

We are looking for someone with exceptional and proven management skills, who can be flexible and determined, and who has a high work output capacity. A total commitment to customer satisfaction is a must, as well as mastery of all aspects related to the management of a profit centre.

As an inherent requirement of the position, you must already be living and working in the EU.
