Banking and Operations Specialist

As a fast-growing international company, we are looking for a Finance Operations Specialist to join our dynamic Reference Lab business. International environment As a Finance Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing billing processes for both B2B and B2C customers. Working closely with laboratory, finance, and IT teams, you will help ensure accurate invoicing and a “ right first time ” mindset. Generate and manage accurate invoices using MOLIS & IFS8 Cloud • Maintain and improve customer master data integrity • Prepare reports and support audit activities • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field • 1–2 years of experience in finance operations, billing, or accounts receivable • Fluent in English and indermediate in French (mandatory) • Dutch is a strong plus • Comfortable with ERP/CRM systems (IFS8 Cloud, MOLIS, Salesforce…) • Be part of a meaningful mission improving animal health • Thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative international environment • Rejoignez Antech et donnez du sens à votre carrière ! Environnement international Vous jouerez un rôle clé au sein de notre activité Reference Lab en assurant la gestion et l’optimisation des processus de facturation B2B et B2C. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes laboratoire, finance et IT afin de garantir une facturation juste du premier coup (“ right first time ”). Gestion et contrôle des factures via MOLIS & IFS8 Cloud • Analyse et résolution des anomalies d’interface et de facturation • Gestion et fiabilisation des données clients • Profil recherché : • Bac +3/5 en administration des affaires ou domaine similaire • 1 à 2 ans d’expérience en finance operations / billing / AR • Français intermédiaire et anglais courant obligatoires • Le néerlandais est un plus • À l’aise avec les ERP, CRM et outils digitaux (IFS8 Cloud, MOLIS, Salesforce…) • L’opportunité de contribuer directement au bien-être animal Postulez dès maintenant ou contactez-nous pour en savoir plus !
