Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure commercial feasibility, operational readiness, and consistent customer experience across markets.
  • Identify structural opportunities for growth through market segmentation, portfolio optimization, or new business models.
  • Ensure disciplined commercial governance, efficiency, and compliance across all regional activities.
  • Anticipate market shifts and competitive dynamics, proactively adjusting commercial priorities and investment focus.

Qualifications

  • Significant leadership or management of sales teams
  • Proven track record in strategy development, execution, and results
  • Experience working cross-functionally (with Marketing, Finance, Product)
  • International or multi-market exposure
