Remote Sales Agent (Commission Based)

Your Mission

As a Sales Agent at ScaleFlow Consulting, you work independently and learn how to generate high-quality leads using our systems and tools.

You are responsible for reaching out to potential clients, having conversations, and converting these into actual sales.

We provide full support through training, scripts, and proven strategies to help you succeed in finding and closing your own clients. After onboarding, you operate independently and build your own income based on performance.

This role requires a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and the motivation to create results through direct sales and outreach.

About the Company

We help self-employed professionals such as plumbers, electricians, handymen, and similar businesses by providing them with a virtual receptionist .

This allows them to be available 24/7 without ever having to answer the phone themselves.

The virtual receptionist books appointments and automatically adds them to their calendar, so they always know where, when, and why they need to be somewhere.

Your Responsibilities

As a Sales Agent, you will:

• Generate leads (with training provided)
• Contact self-employed professionals
• Present and sell our solution
• Close deals

Commission Structure

• Closing bonus (new client): €100 one-time
• Starter plan: €75 per client / month
• Premium plan: €150 per client / month
• Plus plan: €250 per client / month
• Custom usage: €0.15 per extra minute used
• Extra language add-on: €30 per client / month

Each client = recurring passive income as long as they remain active

Note: Payments are only made based on a valid invoice (VAT number required). You must be self-employed or willing to set this up upon your first earnings.

Profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Is registered as self-employed and has a VAT number
• Is motivated and consistent
• Is willing to work independently (with support when needed)
• Is results-driven
• Does not give up after hearing “no” multiple times
• Is motivated to build recurring/passive income

Experience: Not required, but a plus. Everything can be learned if you are willing to improve and grow.

What You Can Expect

• 5 clients: up to €1,250/month
• 10 clients: up to €2,500/month
• 20 clients: up to €5,000/month

• No fixed salary
• Commission-based only

• Location is not a problem, we have agents in Dutch, English or French
