AI Translator / Business Analyst

Mission Context

We are currently looking for a Business Analyst / AI Translator to support innovative AI-driven initiatives within the insurance sector. The role combines business analysis, stakeholder communication, and hands-on collaboration with GenAI and conversational AI solutions.

The consultant will work closely with business and technical teams to help translate operational needs into AI-enabled customer and internal solutions, with a strong focus on chatbots and conversational interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and translate them into functional requirements for AI and conversational solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technical teams.
• Participate actively in AI and chatbot testing activities.
• Document issues, feedback, and improvement opportunities.
• Support the optimization of customer journeys and internal operational processes through AI-driven solutions.
• Stay involved throughout the full project lifecycle, from analysis to implementation and improvement phases.
• Work in agile environments and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Experience

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience within the insurance sector: Product management, Claims, Underwriting, Customer service, Operations, Business analysis
• Experience as: Business Analyst, Product Owner, Functional Analyst, Or a similar role

Language Requirements

• Bilingual French/Dutch with professional proficiency in both spoken and written communication.
• Native proficiency in one of the two languages is considered a strong advantage.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

AI & Innovation Affinity

• Strong interest in Generative AI, chatbots, and conversational interfaces.
• Comfortable experimenting with AI tools and understanding their capabilities and limitations.
• Curious about leveraging AI to improve customer experience and internal efficiency.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with chatbot, virtual assistant, or GenAI-related projects.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban
• Experience with tools such as: Jira, Confluence
• Basic understanding of: APIs, Data flows, AI/ML concepts (No coding required)
