Commissioning Manager

BMS Commissioning Manager – Data Centre - Belgium

We’re looking for an experienced BMS Commissioning Manager to support a hyperscale data centre project in Belgium.

You’ll take ownership of all BMS commissioning activities, ensuring full integration and performance of critical systems through to handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead BMS commissioning strategy and execution
• Oversee HVAC systems (CRAH/CRAC, chillers) and critical controls
• Manage FPT & IST, test scripts, and commissioning documentation
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, and client teams
• Drive fault finding, optimisation, and system performance

Requirements

• Proven data centre commissioning experience
• Strong BMS knowledge (Schneider, Siemens, Trend, JCI)
• Experience with mission-critical environments & HVAC systems
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders on-site
