Currently, we are looking for a Clinical Contracts & Submission Associate

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and negotiate clinical trial agreements and site budgets
• Support and coordinate regulatory submissions (EC and local authorities)
• Act as key contact for sites and internal teams on start-up activities
• Ensure alignment between contracts, submissions, and study timelines
• Track and maintain accurate study and start-up documentation
• Identify risks and support timely site activation

Qualifications

• Experience in clinical trial start-up, submissions, or contracts
• Background as Start-Up Specialist, CRA, or junior PM
• Good understanding of clinical studies and regulatory processes
• Strong communication and organizational skills
