Role Overview

The consultant will act as a Business & Project Analyst specializing in AI and Automation, positioned at the intersection of business and IT.

The role focuses on identifying, assessing, and implementing AI-driven initiatives, while supporting business teams in adopting new digital capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams
• Support the identification and adoption of AI and automation opportunities
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements
• Define use cases and evaluate the value of AI-driven solutions
• Coordinate cross-functional implementation projects
• Contribute to the rollout of innovative technologies and tools
• Promote awareness and adoption of AI within the organization
• Analyze and document processes and solution requirements
• Support training and enablement of business users
• Ensure alignment between business expectations and technical delivery

Requirements

Must-have

• ~9+ years of experience in business analysis / project delivery roles
• Strong experience in:
• AI and/or automation concepts
• Project management methodologies
• Ability to define and document requirements
• Experience working in complex or regulated environments (large organizations)
• Strong analytical xqknzec and conceptual thinking
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English + Dutch and/or French

Nice-to-have

• Experience implementing AI solutions in enterprise environments
• Background in infrastructures, utilities, or regulated sectors
• Engineering or scientific academic background

Practical Information

• Location: Brussels (hybrid setup)
• Onsite presence: ~2 days/week
