NEXEO is currently looking for a Process & Project Manager (Corporate Banking – Financial Security)

NEXEO is currently looking for a Process and Project Manager to support daily banking and financial security activities within Corporate Banking, focusing on KYC, AML, Sanctions & Embargoes in a highly complex international environment.

This role combines project management, process optimisation, and financial crime compliance activities within a large banking organisation.

Mission Overview

As Process & Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating initiatives related to financial security and corporate banking operations, ensuring delivery of high-quality outputs in a complex regulatory environment.

You will act as a key coordinator between business, compliance, and operational teams, ensuring governance, efficiency, and compliance across multiple processes and tools used within the BNPP Group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure project governance and structured follow-up of initiatives
  • Manage deliverables (quality, timelines, and scope) including relevant analysis
  • Lead project boards and steering committees
  • Perform project monitoring, reporting, and KPI tracking
  • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across workstreams
  • Support capacity planning and resource allocation
  • Drive process optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Contribute to performance management and reporting towards senior management
  • Document, train, and coach stakeholders on processes and methodologies
  • Ensure alignment across KYC, AML, Sanctions & Embargoes activities in Corporate Banking

Profile Required

  • Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in project or process management
  • Strong knowledge of KYC, AML, and Financial Security topics
  • Experience in data analysis and interpretation
  • Background in project and/or process management within banking or financial services
  • Master’s degree required

Technical Skills

  • Strong expertise in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Knowledge of process modelling is an asset

Languages

  • English: Fluent (written and spoken)
  • Dutch and/or French: Strong communication skills (good passive knowledge of the other language required)
