Yet, the passion we share with our global partners to create a better world continues to take us forward.br / Functieomschrijving strongKey Responsibilities /strongbr /ulliProvide technical support in Belgium /liliDeliver training for distributors and installers on product usage. /liliReport product faults, escalate major quality issues and work closely with HQ to improve product quality. /liliMaintain technical documentation and daily work reports, following company policy. /liliHandle customer inquiries, product fault diagnosis, product replacement/maintenance, system upgrades, and routine visits. /li /ul Profiel strongQualifications /strongbr /ulliDegree in strongPower Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation /strong, or related fields preferred. /liliExperience in strongelectrical or photovoltaic (PV industry) service /strong is a plus. /liliStrong problem-solving, analytical, and self-learning skills. /liliExcellent communication, customer handling, and teamwork abilities. /liliProactive, responsible, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure. /liliProficient in MS Office and technical documentation. /liliFluency in strongDutch and English /strong is mandatory. /li /ul Aanbod Van € 3.500 tot € 4.500 per maand br /
