As a Senior Consultant - Transformation, you will support large-scale ERP and ICT migration programmes with high stakeholder complexity. You will play a key role in structuring, coordinating and ensuring the consistency of project management practices across the programme.

What will you do?

• Support large-scale transformation and change management programmes across a variety of industries and client contexts 
• Contribute to the structuring, governance and execution of complex projects, ensuring consistency of practices and deliverables 
• Define and implement methodologies, frameworks and best practices tailored to each client's operational reality 
• Analyse organisational processes, identify performance gaps and formulate actionable recommendations 
• Build and deliver data-driven reporting and dashboards to support client decision-making at all levels 
• Manage stakeholder relationships: identify key actors, define communication strategies and ensure alignment across diverse teams 
• Contribute to risk identification, assessment and mitigation within programmes 
• Grow within AION's liberated structure, take ownership of your development, your client relationships, and progressively your business contributions

Your Profile

• Entrepreneurial, structured, autonomous, solution-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills
• Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field 
• 2–5 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, consulting, or transformation roles 
• Strong analytical mindset: able to go beyond task execution, understand the broader operational context, and turn data into actionable insights 
• High proficiency in : Power BI, including DAX coding and connections to SharePoint and SAS databases, Prince2, PMI / PMBOK / Agile 
• Solid experience writing and optimising SQL queries in large-scale data environments; hands-on experience with tools such as DBeaver is a plus 
• Good understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices 
• Comfortable operating in complex, multi-stakeholder environments — public sector experience is a plus 
• Trilingual: French, Dutch and English (C1/C2 level across all three)

Compensation

• Gross monthly salary: €3,400 – €4,200, depending on experience and impact
• Strong performance-based bonus linked to business contribution
