As a Clinical Advisor (m/f/x)* for Dental Solutions you will have the opportunity to put your curiosity to good use and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people in the world. Here's how to make an impact:
Customer Support & Collaboration
Collaborate closely with sales teams, including joint activities to prioritized customers when required, ensuring alignment with business priorities and key growth areas
Support key customer penetration through technical / clinical expertise and education
Customer Education
Deliver education to dental professionals on the safe and effective use of Solventum products during Solventum events in a form of lectures, webinars and hands-on
Organize and support educational activities with KOLs
Support educational activities driven by third-party organizations. Represent Solventum at congresses, summits, dental academies, universities, and associations.
Internal Education and Team Competency Development
Provide constant development of the sales team-s product knowledge, including NPIs. Support with product trainings for new hires following the Training & Education curriculum
Contribute to gathering and knowledge exchange related to competitor products, claims and activities and share with country sales and marketing teams
KOL & Influencer Support
Identify local strategic or emerging HCPs, KOLs, and influencers.
Continuous Professional Development
Stay current on scientific literature, competitor innovations, and NPIs.
Compliance
Ensure compliance with local and regional compliance standards (Solventum / Med Tech/Eucomed, FCPA) during education and KOL interactions.
Ensure adherence to local/regional standards and monitor product quality
Make sure the needed agreements are in place before any activity with 3rd party.
Use only approved content for external sharing (e.g. presentations by SE&E).
To succeed in this role, Solventum seeks candidates who possess the following qualifications:
Bachelor-s degree in dentistry/dental related studies
Strong product knowledge across the dental solutions product portfolio
Public speaking and presentation skills
Product demonstration skills including hands-on
Strong customer focus, selling skills is a plus
Highly motivated, team player and confident communicator
Fluency in English, Dutch and/or French
Work location:
Hybrid or Remote within Belgium or the Netherlands
Travel:
up to 60 % domestic
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
