Job Description - Roles and Responsibilities

FIRST 2.0 is a major modernization program within the AGPR (General Administration of Collection and Collection), aimed at transforming the monolithic FIRST application inherited from the past into a modern microservices architecture running on Kubernetes. The program adopts an API-first and event-driven approach, and gradually replaces the legacy platform. Beyond a simple technical modernization effort, FIRST 2.0 is also a business transformation program. It enables the development of new features, improves agility, and accelerates the delivery of value to end users, both internal and external. By building a more flexible and scalable digital platform, the program supports better services, a stronger user experience, and faster adaptation to evolving business and regulatory needs.
