Business Analyst (Financial Services) - No Freelancers

Position Overview

DigiTribe is looking for a Business Analyst who thrives in an Agile environment and plays a key role in delivering value to our clients. Working closely with business and technical teams, you will help define, refine, and prioritize requirements to ensure the delivery of simple, impactful, and strategically aligned solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate daily with stakeholders to understand their needs and co‑create value‑driven solutions.
• Translate business needs into clear, testable, and actionable requirements.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure shared understanding.
• Contribute to backlog prioritization with a focus on value, impact, and simplicity.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Support the team in delivering incremental features, favouring adaptability over rigidity.

Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or similar role.
• Familiarity with Business Process Modelling and tools (BPMN, Visio, Draw.io, Adonis, amongst others)
• Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent by experience.
• Fluent in English and French or Dutch
• Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps…) or project management skills are a plus.
• Experience with Cards & Payements is a strong asset

• Excellent analytical, communication, and synthesis skills.
• Strong collaboration, active listening, and facilitation abilities.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving environment.
