As our Quality Manager, you play a pivotal role in bridging innovation and market readiness. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will have the unique opportunity to build and optimize core quality processes from the ground up. This is not just a desk job; it requires a deeply hands-on approach where you oversee both internal and external assembly lines and supply chains. By setting up our quality culture and preparing us for demanding OEM markets, your work will directly impact Xeryon's growth. You ensure excellence flows through every business process to deliver high-quality products to our customers.

In this versatile role, your main responsibilities include:

• Taking the absolute lead towards the ISO 9001 certification of our company.
• Defining and executing rigorous inspection processes for both internal and external production.
• Investigating customer complaints, performing root-cause analyses, and driving immediate corrective actions.
• Evaluating quality KPIs and conducting regular audits of processes, products, and suppliers.
• Fostering a company-wide quality culture by collaborating closely with R&D, operations, and procurement.
• Managing and maintaining documentation related to quality assurance and control, thus promoting a pervasive quality culture.
• Developing and delivering training programmes on quality awareness and best practices for employees.

To be considered, you must possess the following hard criteria:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing or assembly environment.
• Proven, hands-on experience in hosting ISO or customer audits and deep knowledge of quality systems (ISO 9001).
• Knowledge of Environmental Quality systems (ISO 14001) is considered an important advantage.
• Solid technical knowledge of high-tech mechanical manufacturing, assembly, and inspection techniques.
• Full professional fluency in English (Dutch language skills are a strong advantage).
