Key Account Manager - Medical Device Experinece

We are partnered with a European Medical Device company who are focused on wound care and skin-related medical solutions. They develop clinically driven products used in hospitals and outpatient settings and works closely with healthcare professionals to support treatment of acute and chronic wounds.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and healthcare professionals
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Negotiate prices, contracts, and business terms
• Keep up to date with healthcare market trends and customer needs
• Develop long-term partnerships with stakeholders
• Analyze sales and market data to support business growth
• Support product launches and sales activities
• Help train and support the sales team

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field
• 5–10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, medical, or healthcare industry
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Good network within the healthcare industry, ideally in wound care
• Experience creating and implementing business strategies
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Native German speaker with Fluent English skills
