OT Security Consultant

Hi All,

I’m currently recruiting for an OT / Product Security Specialist to join a fast-growing scale-up based in Ghent, delivering cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions across industrial and connected product environments. This role offers the opportunity to deepen expertise in the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) and hands-on OT/product security, supporting two brand-new projects with a multinational client.

Requirements:

📆 2+ years’ experience in cybersecurity with a focus on OT / industrial environments

💻 Hands-on experience with industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA, or PLC environments

🧩 Understanding of OT protocols (e.g. Modbus, OPC, DNP3) & network segmentation principles

🧩 Familiarity with OT security standards and frameworks (e.g. IEC 62443, NIST CSF)

🛡️ Experience in vulnerability management, risk assessments, and incident response within OT

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, engineering, or a related technical field is a plus

🗣️ Fluency in English is required (Dutch is a strong plus)
