Assignments
We are looking for a Scrum Master to drive agile excellence and team coordination for an automotive client. You will play a pivotal role in orchestrating sprint execution and enabling seamless collaboration across the organization.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Leading sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives with calibration stakeholders (Product Owners, Program Manager, and cross-functional teams)
- Organizing sprint content and facilitating all sprint-related ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews/Retrospectives)
- Proactively identifying and removing roadblocks to ensure smooth daily execution of calibration tasks
- Coordinating requests flowing between the Calibration team and other Agile teams within the project
- Driving timing and scope discussions at project level with strong input on feasibility and team capacity
- Contributing to comprehensive project reporting for both internal and external stakeholders
- Continuously improving team processes and agile practices, fostering a culture of excellence
The profile
Background
You hold a Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electro-Mechanical, Electronics Engineering, or a related field with a strong interest in automotive engineering.
Must Have
- Proven experience with Agile methodology and Scrum planning
- Strong sense of urgency with ability to prioritize effectively and align stakeholders
- Pragmatic, can-do mentality to remove roadblocks and drive team success
- Leadership skills combined with a structured, process-driven approach
- Excellent communication abilities (written and spoken) – fluent in English
- Ability to translate complex information clearly for internal and external stakeholders
- Flexibility and adaptability in evolving organizational contexts
Nice to Have
- Professional experience in calibration and/or software development
- Knowledge of Dutch or French
- Familiarity with agile tools and calibration development environments
- Experience with structured problem-solving methodologies
