The role


We’re looking for a Product Marketer to own how Aproplan is positioned and communicated in the Belgian market and beyond.


This is not a junior role. You’ll be part of the marketing team, reporting to the Europe Marketing Lead. You’ll have responsibility from day one: shaping the narrative, running product launches, improving onboarding flows, and making sure sales and customer success teams have what they need to have confident conversations.


The work is varied. One week you’re writing positioning copy. The next you’re running user interviews or building out the Europe-wide strategy for our upcoming CausewayOne platform. If that sounds like the kind of job you’ve been looking for, keep reading.


What you’ll work on


  • Define how Aproplan is positioning for European construction teams, and build the messaging that brings that to life across channels
  • Plan and run product launches, from internal briefings to customer-facing communications
  • Create and maintain sales and CS enablement materials: pitch decks, feature sheets, demo scripts
  • Run customer interviews and translate what you hear into actionable recommendations for product, marketing, and sales
  • Keep a consistent story across every team and every touchpoint


Who we’re looking for


We’re not ticking boxes here. We’re looking for someone whose overall profile adds up, not someone who checks every single item on a list.


What matters:

  • You’re not a junior. You’ve worked in a commercial, go-to-market, or product-focused marketing role and have the scars and instincts to show for it.
  • You can write clearly and tell a story. You make complex things simple without dumbing them down.
  • English is a must. Dutch is a strong plus. French too.
  • You’re comfortable working cross-functionally and you don’t need everything mapped out for you.
  • You’re curious about products and enjoy talking to users.

Experience in SaaS, B2B, product marketing, or construction tech will all count in your favour.
